nope. it can't. only ds games.

The current flashcarts are the same as the DS ones, but with 3DS functionality.
It can only do the things that the DS ones can do, but on a 3DS.
We can only currently get into DS Mode (I think DSi Mode aswell) on the 3DS.
Once we get into 3DS Mode there is a bigger chance of being able to run 3DS games.
