Hacking Buying Sky3DS

First at all, sorry for my English.
Let's go to the point.
I want to buy Sky3DS for my New 3DS XL ver 10.0.0. now, I saw this website: http://www.3ds-flash-cart.com/ and my question is this, is this site legit so I can order from there and I'll get my flash card?
My second question is how to use the Sky3DS?

second, they ship from China/HongKong
third, better not update your 3ds and wait for downgrading or gateway solution.
sky3ds is not a good option now for firmware above 9.2

If possible, you should wait for the Gateway/ CFW to release the exploit for the mentioned version, it is already in making..

ok... if play right now is all you want, then do not choose this site. the shipping will take at least a month

sky3ds needs private header if you want to play game online safely.
and this require gw or a powersave dongle + a genuine cartridge game(should not be second hand)

2.Why it's really matter from where they shipping? - It can take up to a month to get your card , it may go missing during shipment, or if it's faulty you will have to send it back (another wasted month) and they will ship another one (another wasted month)

For the 3DS with 4.5 you can set up rxTools - play games,homebrew,emulators,custom themes, etc...

For the 3DS on 10.0 update to 10.3.0-28 while you still can through system update and setup ironhax so you have access to homebrew

if you have a 9.2 below 3ds, then you can run gw launcher and dump your real cartridge game, after that, use gw rom patcher load the rom and extract the header. details can be done by searching in this forum

Until a firmware 10.4 or higher comes out that blocks memchunkhax 2 I won't suggest that anyone pay for a SKY3DS+ as there will be better and free alternatives very soon.

Why not wait a week or 2 and wait for memchunkhax 2 or Gateway it's not like he will die from not playing on a handheld for that long + he won't have to spend a dime or he can get the far superior Gateway 3DS.
