Hacking Buying a DSTwo in the US

Hi, I was planning to buy a DSTwo flashcart from the sponsored site, nds-card, but it is rejecting my visa gift-card that only works in regions (and websites) based in the US; since the site is based in China, does anyone have a suggestion for a site that is based in the US that I can use my card on?

maybe you can take digitopz into account,official distributor, or you can directly go to dstwo official site " where to buy " to find USA official distributor .
