Hacking Buying 3in1 "phat" version

From the picture and the description nds-card.com seems to be selling the "phat" version of the 3in1. I even emailed customer service on the website and they confirmed that it was the "phat" version.

However, I have heard that the "phat" 3in1 is no longer made and that it cannot be found on any online retailer. Has anyone ordered this from their website and can confirm that this is the real deal? I'm still a bit skeptical.

i can't answer your question directly but i wanted to share the following with you:

as far as ez flash told me, none of the 3in1 designs are being produced. the 3in1+ stopped production over a year ago. with that said, it is probably old stock. the issue you may face is a dead sram save battery. which isn't impossible to replace.
