i didn't really use the browser before i swapped the sd cards, but i think it worked since i had the wi-fi off to avoid any update.

i saw some threads with people who got the problem fixed by formating many times or updating the sysnand.
i don't have parental control configured does it change anything ?
edit: i notice something by formating in "data management>extra data" there is a blank file that occupies space but it has nothing writed on it and has a black pic.
