I bought an old switch that can be hacked.
First of all, I asked the owner whether the switch Joycon had problems or whether they were banned.
The owner said to me that the switch would be in top condition with no scratches or signs of use.
My question about this would be what I have to test to find out whether the switch works fully with no problem, because I bought it for 250 € and it will arrive in 1-2 days.

How can I test whether the switch has been banned without a Nintendo membership and without any games?

About the Joy Con problems, the owner showed me a picture where he had shown a caliberation test that looked like this.

I want to check the switch completely because my buyer protection is active and he has not yet received the money from me.
(The switch has no sd card)

the joycons Cant be banned Nintendo bans only consoles not even accounts to test if the console is banned just make a new account and try to log in the Nintendo shop thats all if it gives you errors or says its banned then ypu will now other then that if the Switch is working then its works nothing else to test apart if the joycons work good but those can be repavery easy for very cheap
