Hacking Broken DS Lites

did you guys need to send in the box and all the manuals? or did you just send them the system?
and when they did give you a new system, did they give the entire package with it?

I would like to know this information too, as my DS LITE has got the left hinge crack.
Also, mine is flashed... So what are the odds that i'll get a new one without hassle?

Why don't people just super glue the crack.. or does it not work like that?
