Homebrew Broke my 3ds, am I screwed?

I have 9.2 sysnand, and 11.0 rednand. I was repairing my circle pad, and all seemed well until I booted my 3ds. It made a popping sound, then immediately shut back off. If I send it into Nintendo, will they upgrade it, or send me a new 3ds? I'm so mad at myself right now. I feel like I did nothing during my repair process to trigger this.. Fuck..

It's a miracle. I followed this kid's tutorial and I managed to fix it. Wow, that was a close one.
