Hacking Broke loading of Just Dance 4 with wiiflow

wii system 4.3u, wiiflow 4.1.3

I had just dance 4 working fine, played it several times using usb drive. Then I tried to install the wad that lets you unlock all the songs, as well as upgraded the wii store to v21. Now when I go in to play, the game loads but usually either freezes at the first screen or goes to a black screen that says "Reading Disc..."

Things I have done to try to fix it.

1. Uninstall the unlock songs wad (using yawmm)
2. Use a different iso
3. delete the JD4 game data
4. Burn the iso to dvd

No matter what, I can't get the game to play anymore. Is there something else i'm missing?

Just a follow up, I did a wii memory format, reinstall hbc and the game plays fine again now. just to be sure it was the wad that did it I tried installing it again and sure enough the Reading Disc problem returned so I just formatted again and its working. I'm curious what that wad does that doesn't get undone when I uninstalled it.
