possible brick code in game ? what game was it ?

also read this by mattytrog ------Check what your battery says in Hekate. Hekate will boot to the menu with a dead battery. But it won`t boot Horizon.

if your nand is damaged and you don't have a nand backup your kinda screwed

The issue is here is indicated due to the following: always booting to RCM, nand failed to init, turning off AutoRCM not working(goes back to on).

Now this is indicated from hekate being able to read from the nand but not write(else how would it even know AutoRCM is on)
The switch boots to RCM if no nand is found, the fix for this is to do a manual read and write it to a new eMMC.

So looks like I am in the same situation. I got an error message to reboot the switch today and after I turned it off it no longer turn on (at least the screen/power indicator are dark). Last thing I ran was also Astral Chain. I do have a nand backup from a long time ago. What guide do I need to follow to try to unbrick it?

You ran astral chain and it gave you an error before bricking the switch? Maybe it does have a brick code

So this is the MD5 from the copy of Astral Chain that I have: 7722bbce4649bf95417341fcbcae3436. I also received the message "MD5 not found file may not be safe". I actually ran the game for over a week now, though I only played through file 1.

Read above, link to tool is on linuxares post.

So anyway, I think I may be fine now. For me, my SD Card might had went bad. Turned out I had AutoRCM on so it was booting to RCM. I hooked it up to my PC and used a second SD card to start fresh. I was able to push Hekate with TegraRCM and it booted fine afterwards. However when I go back to my old SD card, even after formatting, it will not work. So I am assuming my old SD card went back. I will scan it later today to confirm.
