Oh god.... My Switch also got bricked this morning.... I was also playing Astral Chain, downloaded from op*forum (so at least I know it's pretty legit), then put it on standby. This morning I found my switch showing "Error 2002-3560", and it was burning hot because it's turned on itself the whole night. After that, my Switch would get stuck in RCM mode. Hekate also cannot init the eMMC (when trying to backup the broken NAND, as @Lacius suggested). I've been using SX OS 2.8 while playing this game. Is there really no getting away with this?

EDIT: Also, is it possible to write to the eMMC using this tutorial : https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...nofficially-without-burning-any-fuses.507461/ it seems like using Choidujour (not NX) will work? Getting really desperate here....

I think this thread is too important. We need to talk more about this guys. Can more people confirm that Astral Chain is bricking consoles? Does anyone know any solutions yet? I believe it is better to stay away from that xci file for now. But what happens if more games from now on comes with this new "brick code"? This might be a way to Nintendo to kill CFW once and for all... or am I exaggerating?

Well I have the same problem but with the latest Zelda leaked on that dark place. I was booting the XCI file for the first time and the Switch froze. Reboot and emmc is not readable at all...
