Hacking Bricked n3DS - Black Screen & Solid Blue led

Hello,

I had n3ds laying around about 1 year. had luma 9.0 installed.
Updated Luma to 9.1 and 3ds firmware to latest version, since this I could not play any 3ds games, all displayed "errorDisp", except for gba, snes and all the VC games.
Reinstalled the CIAs, tried another SD, reformatted, nothing fixed the errors
so I changed cfw to reisix and still no luck, got different error message "an error has ocurred", then in this cfw received a notification of new 3ds firmware version.
I updated and received the message that I had the latest version 3ds turned off.
Now my 3ds wont boot, I did try to enter in godMode9, recovery mode but nothing boots.
just black screen and solid blue led. tried removed cartridge, and microSD, but no luck.

does anyone has encounter with this? is there any other way to recover my n3ds?
