Hacking Brick on Switch Erista Patched? Just by using atmosphere 17?

just to be clear...

I have erista patched, modchip, sx core 1.3

Oficial firmware is at 10.0
Atmosphere emunand is at 11.0.1

I followd this guide and everything is working fine:

so, all I yave to do now is load hekate, boot OFW
(hekate, press reboot, select OFW) and update from there, as oficial update?

then I will have both sys (ofw) and emunand updated to latest version and working fine?
no black screen?

That sounds correct... if you are unsure you can always take a sysnand backup first

I updated and everything is working fine.
My sysnand (OFW) is at 11.0.1, SX OS 11.0.0 (emunand) and Atmosphere 11.0.1 (emunand)

I can boot to all of them, no black screen.

Atmosphere does support 11.0.1 sxos does not so if you do update then atmosphere only - also only update with daybreak

So this took my black screen out and i can launch cfw only, my ofw part is dead...
Here are the instructions from ctcaer for erista patched

Here's a trick:
1. Use UMS or a sd card reader to mount sd card to PC.
2. Use a hex editor (e.g. hxd) and run it as admin
3. Open disk
4. Choose **physical disk** and the sd card. Make sure the read-only mode in the hex editor is disabled.
5. At offset **0x80** you will see random garbage. Set the first 4 bytes to 0
6. Save and unmount sd card
7. Run the Cleanup thing from sx os and boot atmo via hekate
8. hekate will cache the Sept keys
9. After that you will never need to run cleanup again. It will just work. That's because hekate will be able to bypass Sept

did you try to boot ofw using genuine boot?
from original frw it doesnt work for me either, only work with genuine boot (on sx)
on atm, "reboot to ofw" is working fine

i did not weld the chip cause i have a doubt if ill be able to run the sx core or should i install directly atmosphere

the chip needs to be installed to use CFW, so you need to install the chip the do the sx cleaup menu stuff and chainboot hekate/atmosphere or go the spacecraft route
