Gaming break broken analog stick

I remove my psp analog stick from my psp but it still move can someone help?

If you're using Custom Firmware, install the Joysens plugin, activate it through your recovery menu, and take the sensitivity of your analogue stick down a few notches. More often than not a drifting analogue stick is simply a result of oversensitivity or the stick being slightly off-centre, both of which Joysens can fix. It fixed mine.
