Gaming BrawlBox, Wii Sports Resort, and BRSAR Files

I've been trying to replace sound effects in Wii Sports Resort with no luck as BrawlBox crashes any time I try to replace a sound effect with a .WAV file or export a .WAV file. BrawlBox works well with the music in the game, but the sound effects are the only things that seem to have a problem being exported or replaced. I tried this originally with regular Wii Sports, and had the same problems as well. Any ideas of what programs I can use to unpack BRSAR Files?
