Um, hoping this isn't too old?

Just wondering, I had missed the burst of research here, and am hopeless when trying to use Hex Editing...

Has any work been done to incorporate this into a Save Editor, however basic? Particularly for the Buns, since I'm post-game and otherwise maxed out everything, I've been grinding them out for a long time (Magnolia is a cap stats and everyone is slowly growing... very slowly), and it's the only long grind in this game.

Tiz lvl offset = F8A [enter = B8 7A 18], [BD2GAME file]
Magnolia lvl offset = 10CC [enter = C0 D5 C3] or [FF FF FF], [BD2GAME file]
Edea lvl offset = 1351 [enter = 71 F5 30], [BD2GAME file]
Yew lvl offset = 120F [enter =AE 1E 06], [BD2GAME file]
if you want 9999999pg, enter F8 B3 C4 6C at offset 2178, [BD2GAME file]
if you want 999999999cp, enter FF C9 9A BB at offset 04, [BD2CAPCAP file]

works for me on EU release. Report if works for you also. Chào

When I type AE 1E 06 into 120F for Yew it makes the file size bigger and goes into the next offset which crashes the game.
This is what mine looks like:

Should I get further into the game before editing stuff like this? I'm still in the prologue which is really boring.

So far there are only save editors for the Villagers and CP, which can be converted to PG when that feature gets unlocked.

You need to overwrite the bytes there, not add to them. check to make sure you're in overwrite mode.

Plz do not quote me on this....
but, i think i started to find them, and the link for that is here:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/bravely-second-money-hex-offsets.416169/page-3#post-6394270
read that and then a few post down...

i dont know if it will work for you, i think i have the USA version...(main cuz i use sky3ds+)

I see, but I'm a noob when it comes to Hex editing if you couldn't already tell.
I don't understand this at all:

EUR version:
Code:
Tiz:
    Freelancer: 0x106A (2^2)
    Knight: 0x106C (2^3)
    Black Mage: 0x106E (2^4)
    White Mage: 0x1070 (2^5)

Magnolia:
    Freelancer: 0x11AC (2^5)
    Knight: 0x11AE (2^6)
    Black Mage: 0x11B0 (2^7)
    White Mage: 0x11B3 (2^0)

Yew:
    Freelancer: 0x12EF (2^0)
    Knight: 0x12F1 (2^1)
    Black Mage: 0x12F3 (2^2)
    White Mage: 0x12F5 (2^3)

Edea:
    Freelancer: 0x1431 (2^3)
    Knight: 0x1433 (2^4)
    Black Mage: 0x1435 (2^5)
    White Mage: 0x1437 (2^6)

Can you explain?

so in that example
18630 * (2^2) = lvl 10 for tiz
18630 * 4 = 67320 = 01 06 F8 => covert => [F8 06 01] <-this is what you type @
0x106A

OK, but why are the posted job offsets not straightforward like the levels are?
If I wanted to edit the others' jobs later on I would have to spend forever trying to find the value. lol
I haven't mathed in a long ass time.
