My google-fu has failed me on this and I can't find an exact list.

I think I'm on Chapter 6, the chapter you can get the Conjurer asterisk anyway. Have I missed my opportunity to get the Pirate and Performer asterisk? If so I'll stop working towards the Conjurer... I can't seem to find the ghost ship so I was just wondering.

I didn't know there are missable job
I'll look at my playlog when I found these jobs.

Edit:
I got these two jobs on Chapter3
I don't know if you can get Pirate on chapter6, but I think performer is possible. (it's the mission with Praline? she's always on the bridge)
