maybe my post was usseless, same as your post i will say ...
I rather see positive post like "I just got a new villager" than something like: are you trying to break the rules here?? He only posted that once ... give him a break.

Well, now I must respond... You are completely twisting my words, making it look way worse than it was intended.I rather see positive post like "I just got a new villager" than something like: are you trying to break the rules here?? He only posted that once ... give him a break.

I never denied him that one post, please do understand that. I am simply saying that he should not keep making such posts.
Furthermore, I don't particularly see how the positivity or the optimism of a post is relevant to this at all. Are you saying that a negative post is any more invalid than a positive one? Because that is simply nonsense.
A negative post is just as valuable as a positive one (One could even argue it is even more valuable) as long as it isn't inflammatory. And my post was far from that.
Could you stop talking about what users should or shouldn't post?
It's a thread about Bravely default, he talked about it. All's fine.
let's get back to the main thread's subject please.
Talking about the subject, I didn't have an answer to my question.
Is streetpass this great that everyone want as much of people in his town? is that needed to play the game?
Thanks.
The game will be harder without these extra items/moves then?
Rebuilding the village can be done only by streetpass? That would be bad to play the game without it then.
1. Trust me, I have seen stupidity even in the most serious websites.GBATemp members have an annoying tendency to think that every other members are stupid ... that being said, I know it's not out yet, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that is playing this amazing game on a flashcard in this 3.5 milion people city :S
just download a savegame file. i got one from elsewhere with 168 villagers.

2. I would believe that only if u were in Japan, where streetpasses are freaking common compared to a large and wide city.
And another thing, 3.5 million people doesn't mean 3.5 million gamers. Considering gateway is relatively new compared to the DS flashcarts, finding another player with a gateway is extremely unlikely.
Could you PM me the link to download the savegame ?just download a savegame file. i got one from elsewhere with 168 villagers.
After you save, try waiting 5-10 seconds before hitting home and then wait another 5 or so before closing the game. Not going to guarantee it works but it seems to have reduced the chance of it happening to me. This is a known issue with the beta firmware btw so your card is probably fine.
If you mean Streetpass then yes, you can do that in 6.3 Emunand (not sure if you need emunand for it to work or not). I have done it myself using a homemade streetpass relay and have like 20 villagers now. Here is a guide for setting it up.

For whatever reason when i get streetpasses they dont show up in Bravely Default. I have street pass turned on inside the game but when i click update it just says i didnt pass anyone
it worked with my first 16 hrs of playing
and then it stopped working with my save worth 8 hrs of playing
so anyone can try at their own risk, there is no absolute solution right now
