Hardware Bought an new Nintendo 3DS XL at the Intertoys

I just bought a new Nintendo 3DS XL at the Intertoys (a toy/game store in my country). Guess what they gave me a new Nintendo 3DS without XL.

I bought it locally. Returned it, but said that I wanted my 30 overpaid euros back and that I wanted to take the New 3DS they accepted it. Also if I could get the new 3DS XL I would have 9.0 now I got 9.9. But that doesn't matter, I'll wait for 9.9 support or should I downgrade? If so, what's the safest way?

Just use SafeSysUpdater and downgrade to 9.2.
