What's the difference with offlineinstaller and switchkaku?

There used to be two versions of Henkaku, the stable release and the beta release of taihen. Switchkaku lets you install either taihen or henkaku so you could chose which release you wanted to use.

However, since taihen has been merged with the stable release of Henkaku, I'm not sure it still works that way unless the latest build points to an earlier revision of Henkaku.
