ROM Hack Question BOTW Save file editing?

I don't know if it's right to ask here, but is there a way to restart my quest and side quest in BOTW? Just those two, i've wanted to redo them again, without starting from scratch and keeping my weapons. armors, items, etc. Is there a way to do it? If so, can someone tell me how to do it?

That popular online save editor (marco boledo or something? Idr exactly) has a version that allows you to check or uncheck flags. It's a little complicated, but if there's anything that might allow it, it'd be that.

I know about that. But it doesn't have quest editor, just items.

A quest editor isn't possible now iirc.
