Gaming BotW: Can't start shrine quests

I've completed the main story and all 120 shrines and then I saw that I was missing some shrine quests.
One at the spring of courage and one at the spring of wisdom. I can't start and complete the quests anymore because if I talk to the statues, they just say I'm strong enough.
I didn't talk to the statues before dropping the dragon's stuff into the spring.
What should I do?

Those quests are not started at the statues, they're started by talking to nearby NPCs that tell you about the Springs. Go, talk to everyone.

I got my quest when I found the spring of courage. But I guess their multiple ways to start or trigger some quest
