VIDEO = x
where x can be NTSC, PAL50, PAL60, PROGRESSIVE

I found the solution after endless tries you have to open bootmii ini which is in the folder of bootmii and change video VIDEO= PAL60 for european wii or ntsc for us wii and save and boot again and it will boot okI installed bootmii as an ios and when i boot it from hbc it shows "no signal"
