Issue: 16 second boot time.

Troubleshooting:
Ran SMART tests found out one of the HDD's needs a firmware update however I can't use the update in a raid platform.
I disconnected my HDD's with only my SSD connected and it says missing boot loader? No idea what is going on there.
Disabled everything in bios even RAID.
I have all driver updates and firmware updates except for the one HDD.

UPDATE: I found out that the boot loader is on my WD20EARS-00MVWB0 which is my 2TB drive. Should I get it on my SSD?

16 seconds? That's it? Mine is like 40 sec using normal hdd.
Where did you install windows? Ssd or hdd? 16 sec doesn't seem to be a big issue.
