Homebrew Boot GBA + custom border?

Tell me, what would the syntax be for reading a file into the buffer? Also needs font.h. Oo;

If ya can add 24bit bmp support I'd rather you also rename the bitmap to "gbaframe.bmp". The only reason I named it "gbaborder.bmp" is because 16bit frames don't work well inside GBA ExpLoader, and possibly other programs aswell so I needed to leave it at two. If this problem is fixed, they can both use the same file, which is cleaner than having to hold two identical pictures with different bitrates on the drive.
 
I use moonshell2 with the exploader extlink so whenever i choose a gba rom it loads the gbaframe.bmp in the root.

Every time I download that, it errors out at about 78%.
Could you re-upload it to something like MediaFire?
