Homebrew Bomberman NTSC wii wad on pal wii black screen issue

Please help me with this issue. I am trying several days to run Bomberman USA wad to a pal wii to no avail. whenever i try to load it from USB loader gx, a black screen always appear. The following are what i already did
1. update all IOSs using modmii
2. install the wiiiware bomberman to both real nand and system nand
3. enabling region free for gamecube/ wii in Priiloader.
4. forcing NTSC in usb loader GUI

nothing works ...
Upon reading several things on internet it seems to be a common problem when playing NTSC wii wares on pal wii and vice versa. But latest article i found dates back 3 years ago. Is there any latest solution to this issue?

If it were the "Region Free" Version,it has to do with the Video Mode / Resolution.
It would only work on NTSC in 480p Mode.

I tried the US Version and yes,it really do not work on PAL Wii.:(
Sorry,I have no Solution for this Game.

An other Solution is to use the PAL Version.:)

A little Addition::D

You can try the Wii Tool

WiiMod Lite

Inside is the Option "Any Title Manager/Region Changer (Wii Only)"

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL !!
With this Tool you can BRICK your Wii and make it maybe UNUSABLE !!!

With the Region Changer you can select "Console Video Mode" and change from PAL to NTSC.
Now Bomberman Blast USA works.
