Hey, I'm getting a new flash card soon(ordered a supercard DStwo so I can play GBA roms) which plays GBA roms. One of the games I want to play is boktai the sun is in your hands, but if I remember right it had a built in solar panel thing that adds to the gameplay.

My question is does the rom work? and if so do I need some sort of patch to make it work? I'm guessing yes.

Thanks.

Dunno if that specific game works on the DSTwo, but I can answer for the Solar Sensor part.
There's a patch out there which let you modify the current Sun level with L and R (iirc).

so i have a problem. I installed the boktai 1-3 solar sensor patch from "Boktai-Solar-Sensor-Patches" and made them with NSUI into cia´s that i then installed on my 3ds the games play via virtual console and the top of the screen always is partialy on the bottom of the screen. when i press the home button i can even make it worse and get more from the top screnn on the bottom. its weird and if anyone has a solution i would be glad.

That's a Nintendo bug, you could attempt formatting your card to 32kb clusters and see if it stops happening.

when i play it with the emulator for the 3ds everythings normal i also tried eeprom 8k and that had the different effekt that after pressing the home button everything was normal but of course now you cant safe because its the wron save form. and formating my sd now is something i dont wanna do. (fear of destroying everything)

Backup what's on your card to another device, format the card to 32k clusters, copy everything back onto the card. Shouldn't be any risk.
