Interesting files
NARC in the name and start of file would indicate a NARC format item. Within m2dres_narc.blz

The file appears compressed as well (the names of files contained giving that away as that is telltale flags for compression) but if it was a compressed NARC (usually called CARC) I would have expected a different start -- 10h or 11h followed by file size. I don't know if BLZ is a reference to the binary/backwards LZ that the ARM binaries and overlays use and is usually known as BLZ in hacking circles
https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/826/ having a decompressor.
If not then speaks to something more custom, or possibly regenerated at runtime.

NCGR (RCGN within the file) and various other 2d graphics related formats if the fragments there are anything to go by, though it also mentions SDAT which would be a rare thing to see (most times SDAT is not included in any other file, especially not common Nintendo formats, outside of download play).

Looking at the manpages file then fewer known formats, though interestingly BTAF (File Allocation Table [something] backwards as is often the style in these things) part of NARC ( https://www.romhacking.net/documents/[469]nds_formats.htm#NARC ) is present which would speak to maybe it being backwards LZ (between NARC and a few numbers then there should not be a reference for BTAF to be compressed, quite possible for something later in the file to reference it if the compression is indeed starting from the end and working backwards).

How do I use the decompressor?
