Hacking Blue Screen after 2.1 downgrade, how do I flash with hardmod?

I don't know what went wrong, I followed the steps but I might have ended up downgrading the sysnand somehow. I don't know, but it ended up as 2.1 at the final steps of downgrading to 2.1. What do I do? I don't want to freak out, and I hope I don't have to.

EDIT: I can boot without SD card, but it's 2.1.

You're supposed to be on 2.1 Sysnand now you need to dump your OTP

I got the blue screen when I tried plugging in the hardmod modified sd reader. But it turns on without an sd card, black screen with sd card.

Have you tried launching OTPHelper? (It happens at roughly that point in the guide)

Turns on and works without SD card inserted? Then it's alright if you go on.

Make sure arm9.bin and arm11.bin are on your SD card
Boot without SD card
INSERT THE SD CARD AFTER BOOTING (Genius amiright )
then type http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin into the internet browser

Then the profit

That's exactly what I was doing. It says to go to that link (http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin), and do a full install. That's not one of the options in OTPHelper.

How do I update OTPhelper? I have the .zip of v.90 but I don't know where to put the files from the zip. You know, besides where the old ones were (but I didn't see them all, the hardmodder put the files there I think)
