Eh... wrong.
It's basically an R4i Gold 3DS. So it can run a lot of homebrew emulators. Not the specific ones for the SCDS2, but a lot of other ones.

gba/snes is scds2 only (good speed at least) tho right? The guy didnt say but I doubt he meant nes emu....

There's a non-SCDS2 SNES/GBA emulator.
They're alright speeds.

Well that sucks... I just bought a SCDS2 beliving that it is the only flashcard for the DS that has emulators for it :/

Well, the speed is much more playable.... If you got it only for emulators atm it is a good choice. For 3ds roms gateway is the best choice....

DSTwo is the only flashcard that has decent emulators, others have alot more issues and slowdowns

There's a non-SCDS2 SNES/GBA emulator.
They're alright speeds.

... for the limited number of games that they play, many not to completion, and even those that do play have severe graphical issues.

Emulation on the DS, with or without DSTwo, is just not that great. The amount of RAM, VRAM, the cartridge slot bandwidth, the screen resolution and the slow CPU are severe bottlenecks, so I'm going to agree with the poster above - it's an infinitely better deal to get a PSP, especially now that all the PSP's are hackable. A used PSP is a great, cost-effective and comfortable emulation powerhouse and I can sincerely recommend it over getting a DSTwo just for the sake of two not-so-great emulators.

Because the PSP does it infinitely better and is relatively cheap.
