Hacking Blue folders in cheat menu?

What does a blue folder mean in the cheat selection thing?

I've tried using cheats from within a blue folder and they don't work :/

I'm using the latest USERCHEAT.DAT with a 2.1 and the latest AKAIKO firmware.

Blue folders are single select folders.

So the game would prevent you from selecting two cheats at once. For example, in GTA you can only select one car in your garage. If you select all the cars, the game obviously would screw up.

In OneArmedScissor's defense... I just looked, and the Wiki makes no mention of blue cheat folders - so even if he had read the entire thing his question still wouldn't be answered.
