very likely fixable, if rather time-consuming... all of the destination vias seem (mostly) intact, and all of the pins that are missing their pads are ones that route out from the port and not underneath it. it would need to be handled by someone who is capable of both hot air rework and microsoldering to reflow the port and restore the traces with magnet wire, but I do think it can be fixed. I've seen (and repaired) worse doing usb ports on switches, those can be a nightmare lol
