ROM Hack Blocking other languages

Following situation:

I would like to play some games in german on my DS but when I load the (E) game it automaticly selects english =P.
So I wanted to hack the rom so it would only load in german.

Can someone out there gimme any hint?

Yes, but it didnt influenced the game language. I use dstwo , and i think i only changes the language of the menu.
the game seems to still read the console language. but since my ds is american i dont have the option german.

Ok, so the only possibility is change the rom

I patched a newwith a AR code.

In America, just the DS and DS Lite support German.

DSi, DSi XL, 3DS, 3DS XL, N3DS, N3DS XL, and 2DS can't use it.
