If you cannot wait for the official translation, Noitora did a partial translation that has been long since abandoned due to obvious reasons. I believe it is still listed in the Index of Translations sticky at the top of the forum.

well it came out a week ago so i doubt its been translated already and even if it is it will only make the game playable properly unles someone does the FULL translation

too bad noitora didn't finish the 3rd phantom translation well we couldn't expect more i mean it
must be really hard translating a japanese game watever i will just have to be patient and w8 this september a.k.a. my birthday
