Hardware Black Screen unknown source

Hey guys,
my New Nintendo 3ds xl has black screens since i opened it up because the inside of the screen got a little bit wet (good news the screen works and its dry). i just cleaned the screen from the wet and put it in rice for 14 hours straight. On the next day i placed everything together but since then i have black screens. The only thing i can start is godmode9 on my cfw sd card and the safe mode on both of my sd cards(one is with cfw and the other one without). but even after i run safe mode or godmode9 the screens stay black after that. The console gives at start the typical main menu music but just after 1 second its gone too and it repeats after 1 or 2 minutes again for 1 second.
Do i messed it up ? But why both of the screens work ?

but i am pretty sure that i pluggedit in the right way. did it again yesterday thought that i maybe did something wrong but i couldnt see any mistake...

Well if you say some liquid got inside it could have damaged the cameras

but before i opened it up it was working fine beside the fact that i could see the "water traces" on the the upper screen.
