Hacking Black Screen loading Super Smash Bros Brawl from FAT(32)

Can anyone help me with this issue?

So I'm loading Brawl NTSC from FAT(32) (it's converted to .wbfs file) and whenever I start the game up it comes to a black screen.
I'm on a PAL Wii. (I want to use the music hacks)
I tried everything, forcing PAL50 and 60, turning cheats off and on, using a different IOS... nothing worked!
So how do I make it work?
I can't format the drive because then I can't use it for my Xbox and anime, and it's the only USBHDD I have.
So please someone, help me.

Use this slot to load your game from the usb loader.

If you tried EVERYTHING, you have a BAD dump.

I know it's not a bad dump because I played it before with a WBFS partition.

I install from WAD and it says "Reading error ret =-1" or something.
What now? (I'm on 4.2E)

I use the installer to install the WAD but it gives me that error.
EDIT (kinda): I had to copy the WAD to the root of the SD card, not to the WAD directory. Doh!
But I installed it now, let's see if Brawl works now.
EDIT 2: It still doesn't work

EDIT 3: Now I read somewhere that I have to split them with Backup Manager. Let's try that It's already split.

How did you pt it on the Fat 32 drive?
Did you use an original copy?
