In a delightful turn of events my switch (on latest ofw and cfw, fat32 sd card) has decided to not move past a black screen after rcm jig, payload send, boot syscfw. I see the Kosmos logo, followed by sept logo then it all goes dark. Anyone else experienced this?

my personal experience :

1) delete kosmos on the microsd
2) disable windows defender , antivirus and simile.
3) check microsd errors : right click on microsd / properties / tools / error checking : check NOW !!!
4) redownload kosmos ( don't use the Kosmos package you downloaded before )
5) unzip with 7-zip
6 ) put kosmos in microsd , use the " new redownload - copy " of hekate_ctcaer_5.0.1.bin and inject with latest tegraRCMgui version.

Thanks for this, I've ended up just redoing the entire guide. *Yawn*

As I've mentioned in another post I'm still having trouble backing up the eMMC GPP RAW and eMMC SYS - it'll get part of the way through then a fatal error will happen. Any thoughts on this?

Try the following steps so I know what you're working with:
  1. Remove all Atmosphere files/folders from the SD card.
  2. Redownload the latest Atmosphere.
  3. (Re)download fusee-primary (next to the Atmosphere download).
  4. Download these signature patches.
  5. Boot into RCM.
  6. Launch Atmosphere using fusee-primary.
What happens?

Edit: Nevermind. You apparently fixed the problem.

Did you reformat the SD card with SD Formatter? Did you try using a different SD card?

I didn't so much fix it as just start over! And no, I don't have any other sd cards to try out - I used guiformat again.
