Hello,
Long storh short:
Had Atmosphere and 9.0.1 firmware, everything was fine. Earlier today updated Kefir via its own online updater, it restarted, all was well, but while it had internet my guess it downloaded the latest OFW and prompted to install it, the prompt persisted when itrying tolaunch any app. I did, it said it was going to restart, as of that moment it never boots past Atmosphere logo, the Nintendo logo never appears, just th black screen and the audible USB disconnect sound from Windows right after Atmosphere logo disappears.
If the - (minus, volume down) is held during boot, it doesn't boot to hekate either, same loop.
Tried:
1. Update Amosphere to the latest one on the existing SD card, including deleting atmo and sept folders.
2. Different empty SD card with latest atmo via kefir installer.
3. 10x times retried after pressing the power button for 30 seconds or more.
Both SD cards are exFAT and were exFAT for over a year, both worked fine in the same Switch in exFAT.
Any help appreciated.
Update: Formatting SD cards back to FAT32 solved it. Thank you Lacius!
