BGM on custom theme is default background ambiance

I am making a 3DS theme thats has background music (Kame for Intel Mac), I am very close to being done with it, Kame converted the .WAV file to the .BCSTM and then got the .ZIP (pressing details, it never said the .BCSTM failed to be in the theme, but when I installed the theme with Anemone and it has that default ambiance sound that the basic 3DS themes have.

The .BCSTM file is 3.1 MB and the length is 59 seconds.

have you tried exporting at a 32000 sample rate?
