ROM Hack Question Best way to transition to a new switch?

I got a new switch pretty cheap from a friend and I'm planning to transfer over to using it instead since I never took a NAND-backup, set up emu-NAND etc and I'm giving away my old switch to a relative who doesn't care about playing online.



What procedure should I follow to make this as smooth as possible without loosing savedata etc?



Im on Atmosphere right now and I plan to use it on my new switch as well.

Just reinstall all your games again, and transfer the save data over via checkpoint.

Alright, but can I just switch my SD-card to the new switch and install all the games again with goldleaf or do I need to wipe it and install everything again from the beginning?

The Nintendo Folder from previous system wouldn't work with the new system.
