On another note. How do I know if the switch I buy is hackable?
I heard there are now new revisions that are unhackable...

So.. anything to watch for when I go to the store..?

The serieal number will tell you but if your in the usa or Europe you will most likely get a hackable console. If you don't have a switch buy one quick before all of them have been patched. And if you get a patched one do not update so you can use dejavu. https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-informations-by-serial-number.481215/

Ok great. Yes im going to buy one. but prefer a 2nd hand one for cheaper price. Hopefully can find one quick.
So basically if you have a switch with a unpatched serial then the firmware version doesn't matter even if it is 4.10 or higher.

If your getting a 2nd hand one then you will almost deffinatley get a nonpatched one that will always be able to run cfw.

I might not be able to get one though.. seems no one is selling atm.. for now.
Does firmware matter for CFW? or are these only requirments for SX PRO?
Or is it all the same vulnerabillity leveraged?

EDIT:
I read CFW is ONLY possible with firmware 1.0 to 3.0... But possibly later till 5.02...

So a new switch might be higher then 3.0.. then my CURRENT option is only SX pro I got this right?
Or I just wait for new CFW leverage on those firmwares.

So right now at the moment CFW doesn't allow backup games loading? NSP/XCI?
Only SX Pro does?

Can someone tell me SX PRO vs CFW/Reinx advantages/disadvantages?
Is softmod Cfw permanent?

i use latest reinx and install .ncp with "tinfoil" and install .xci with "zerotwoxci"
and EVERYthing i install works great! hope this helps...
