Best way to move from one as to another involving emunand

I think my SD card is on the way out, it's taking about 2 minutes to pass every loading screen on every game so was going to replace it.

However I don't really want to have to install 500gb of games again, I have an emunand installed so I know it's not going to just be a copy and paste job, could I clone the cats or is there another way to get round the reinstalling process?

Use emutool to move the emunand if you have a hidden partition emunand.
