thank you xflak for modmii and WiiPower for great Neogamma i want to ask , my wii had the new drive that can't play gamecube games , i am asking is there any possibilities to make neogamma play gamecube games for the new drive in future ?
No, not at all. The vulnerability that allowed DVD mode for the old drives to read burned discs has been removed from newer drives. The only way that you can make it happen is by purchasing a different logic board (the circuit board) that is compatible with your current drive, or just purchasing a different drive.thank you xflak for modmii and WiiPower for great Neogamma i want to ask , my wii had the new drive that can't play gamecube games , i am asking is there any possibilities to make neogamma play gamecube games for the new drive in future ?
It won't affect any game but some homebrews & emulators will give you troubles . If you are sure you got ios 58 installed then try going to the hackmii installer & uninstalling then reinstalling hbc . If that doesn't work then check if ios 58 is really installed as you might have skipped it .First of all, thanks to all the people envolved with Modmii
I just wondered if someone could give me a little advice. I have just updated 3 wii's (already soft modded) using modmii, all were 4.1E and I chose to stay on this menu. All three wii's started off using IOS61 for the homebrew channel but after reinstalling at the end, only 2 changed to IOS58. The other one stays as IOS61 how ever many times i reinstall! (all had ios58 wad installed) Is this going to cause a problem playing games? what should I do?
Are you using hackmii installer v0.8? If not, you need to do so. If you are, then post a SysCheck with the guide in my signature.First of all, thanks to all the people envolved with Modmii

ModMii v4.8.1 Changelog said:
- Reverted back to using MMM, IOS236 Installer and Priiloader v0.7 (236 Mod)
instead of WiiMod (with ahbprot) and Priiloader v0.7 (with davebaol's
ahbprot bug-fix). This was due to WiiMod harmlessly failing to load in
certain uncommon situations. I have prepared an alternate version of
ModMii v4.8.1 that still uses WiiMod so anyone interested in helping jskyboo
beta test WiiMod please get in touch with jskyboo or myself. WiiMod is still
available for download on ModMii's Download Page 2.
