there are only a handful of files i care about if u get an invalid md5, and they are listed HERE.

does the popup box say anything about nusd.exe? I've seen that before, and its just random nusd.exe errors, if u get a lot of them, u should try reinstalling your .NET Framework 3.5

thx dude! I'm out of shape too, i was in good shape before I started working on ModMii. Now I spend most nights typing instead of training like I used to. Oh well, 30KM/2hr bikeride today and I haven't gone biking at all this year, so I'm proud I survived and even managed to beat my friends who had been "training" for this, lol.

well i ignored most of the ones that didnt seem to be able to get MD5 verified and when I try to install the wads they get ticket errors. So, i dunno what to do. Sorry, that I am such a noob.

counteru, i'm assuming u r talking about the cIOSs I said earlier are the only ones that wouldn't work...??? Either way, unless u confirmed an invalid file as valid using the alternate custom.md5 file I provided earlier, there is no way for me to know for sure if the invalid files u are referring to were in fact valid according to the alternate custom.md5 check. So unfortunately you haven't really given me any helpful information.

But no worries, soon enough I will have the validation checks all sorted out anywayz, plz be patient. If u cannot wait a couple days, maybe check out the complete softmod guide in the meantime

Firstly I would like GIVE a BIG THANKS to you XFLACK it is a excellent program ,just got one question seeing that I downloaded and installed it while i got the same problem with my md5 verification ,also I could not install patched ios236.
The Question. When I wait for 4.2.7 do I select again modding my my wii as a virgin ,because besides the files I installed from modmii ,I did not install any other.And just reinstall everything.

v4.2.7 is practically done, I think I just want to add one quick feature/option when I am done work then I'll put out the update. edit: changed my mind, that feature woulda been too much work for too little gain

FYI, if u got an error trying to use IOS236 Installer, thats okay, they happen randomly, if u retry that step it should work fine.

Yes, no matter what condition ANY wii is in, you can tell the wizard it is a virgin (even when it isn't) and the guide will still be safe/appropriate.

I apologize! I must have missed the part with the updated MD5 file. It's ok, I got everything to work by manually downloading the invalid IOS files with Nus Downloader. I added them in place of the invalid ones and everything worked flawlessly. I greatly appreciate your patience with me and I thank you for all your hard work.

Having read the last couple of pages several times and downloading a new set of files thru 4.2.6 I'm at a loss.

plz confirm that having a save file saved in the following location will NOT appear in the SD Card save file menu

Once again, thanks for all your hard work and time out of RL to work on this amazing program. Just downloaded and tested the new version and it worked perfectly. No problems, no issues, all files checked and verified successful. I did a virgin 4.3 to 4.3 mod through the wizard: 31 files processed, 31 good files, 0 bad files. Glad to see this is once again working perfectly, keep up the good work.

Thats funny, just realized today (since it just kicked over past midnight) is my 1 year GBATemp birthday as well. Now lets see, what have I contributed.......ummm jack compared to you. But I have learned alot and added a couple new obsessions to my life. Wii Modding, PSP Mods, NDS card scene.....waiting on the PS3 now, will round out a good year.
