Hacking Best way to backup savegames?

I have tried some ways to store my save games into my PC.

- First I use reset software when game is running out. The screen cames back to main title screen, I can user some options like Default to -> 1, and save backup game.

When I am in G6 PC software, I use read option into select save file (like .0, .1, .2) to store onto my PC, but When I return to use the ROM and I try to come back the save game using write options to write up saved file into my G6, it doesn´t, the game shows up like the first time, without saved game loaded.

How to fix it or best way to store saved files into PC, and from PC to G6.

Before copying save files to or from the G6, start the G6 in the DS (or GBA) and let it process the save data, then turn the system off without starting a game. This will ensure that any saves you back up are the most recent ones, and any saves you restore are not overwritten.
