Best is not the same as cheapest. But for cheapest, looking at eBay or Amazon or your local equivalent will find you many to choose from. And if they don't come with a Y cable as standard (most 2.5" drives won't need it unless you're planning to use it for WiiU) then you can always pick one up separately for around $1.
