Well, I tried BitTorrent. (I always used UTorrent)

And I did let download the same torrent.

UTorrent was the fastest.

It easily can reach 1.0M/bit here

To let uTorrent go faster, you have to open up the port. If you go to the Speed Guide or something like that on there, they'll tell you how to.

For uTorrent, you can also decide how much bandwidth it uses up. If you set it to max, it usually speeds it up for me.
