Does anyone know any good trustworthy ROM websites? I have a 3DS XL, i would really like to download some ROMS

everything in your post is wrong...
1. Don't ask about rom sites here (read the rules). Ask google instead.
2. If you are asking about 3DS roms... well, it's impossible to play those. You will find some to download... but you won't be able to play them. The 3DS isn't hacked yet, and there is no emulator.
