    So what's the best crusher/stripper/whatever they're called these days utility for Windows for NDS ROMs?

    Its trimmer .... and imo nds tokyo trimmer.

    Don't use tokyo trim on GBA roms though. Corrupted nearly everyone of mine.
    NDS roms trim awesomely with it though.

    Yes but it has the option to trim gba roms and patch sram or something like that.

    I think it's mostly the sram patching going wrong sometimes with GBA roms. Ive had a new version almost ready since like.. x-mas, should release it soon.

    Right now I'm using Skinny Rom. I would definitely recommend it to all n00bs.

    No batch processing with GBATA though.
