I haven't played those ROM Hacks, mainly because they're just harder versions of games we've already played. Not really original. I wouldn't vote for them even if they were the only ROM hacks in existence.

However, the World Famous Talking Cactus version is always the best Pokemon ROM hack, no matter what system you're looking up Pokemon hacks for.

I don't really play rom hacks unless the story is different. But the fire gold and silver leaf hacks look decent.

This. I usually only like ROM Hacks with new Pokémon and/or new Trainers, a new story, maybe new cities etc. etc. I think the hacks listed in the poll are pretty boring..
